All Australian orders include free Australia Post Express Shipping. International orders are calculated at checkout

Customer care

Your jewellery should last a lifetime if you take care and look after it. Please take your special pieces off when working with harsh chemicals, any manual labour & make sure to store it somewhere safe and dry. If you keep your pieces clean and take care of them they will sparkle to their full potential and become an heirloom.

Returns / Exchange

Products can only be returned and/or exchanged within two weeks of the purchase date. Faulty or damaged goods must be inspected before return is accepted. Please provide as much detail and any photos of the faulty item. Ring resizing is for an additional charge.

Each piece will be repaired for with care and respect. Okay Kathigitis holds no responsibility to any damage during the repair process.
